Comments: 3/1 - Members of the Roosevelt Neighborhood were overall enthusiastic about the architectual ideas. This does create a negative impact in that a large structure will be built near single family homes. This is an unfortunately impact of trying to allow more density in the neighborhood due to the Urban Village concept. The structure size is within the zoning requirements for the location.
